Civil Cases
HALF-DAY MEDIATION FULL-DAY MEDIATION HOURLY RATE
$1000 / (4 hours) $2000 / (Unlimited time) $250
Both Flat Rate and Hourly Rate include all advance preparation time, including but not limited
to preparation, telephone time, and travel to mediation sessions. Travel-related fees may be
charged for mediations occurring outside the greater Los Angeles area. The hourly rate applies
to mediations with a minimum of two hours.
If the mediation is not settled within the time limit and additional time is required, such time
will be charged at an hourly rate of $250 per hour. The parties will equally share the payment
of all fees, unless they make an arrangement with their respective legal counsel.
Full payment of the mediation fee must be received prior to the mediation date.
Family Cases
HOURLY RATE $150
includes document preparation, mediation sessions, and telephone calls In excess of fifteen
minutes, payable at the end of each scheduled session, or on receipt of a written nvoice. Sessions
canceled with less than 5 days notice will be charged at full fee. Fees for outside experts are
the parties' responsibility. Mediation fees will be shared equally, unless decided otherwise
by the parties. Sessions with one party only will be charged at the regular hourly rate paid by the
participating party. Payments for the sessions with both parties will be shared equally, unless decided
otherwise. Comediation with a family therapist will be charged separately, one fee paid to the
therapist and one fee paid to the mediator.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

All mediation fees will be refunded if the engagement is canceled at least 10 days prior to the
scheduled mediation date. Unless the mediation is rescheduled within next thirty (21 days,
or the mediator can book the time on another matter, the cancellation fee $300 will be paid
by the party which cancelled the mediation.
